Caleb McNamara brings more than two decades of experience across hospitality, commercial, and multifamily construction throughout the Western United States.
His background includes hospitality construction, project execution, construction operations, and development coordination across a range of hotel, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Prior to joining Dragonfly Development, Caleb led construction and development initiatives through MedVed Global NW, LLC and BlackFly, LLC, overseeing projects where execution discipline, operational efficiency, and construction strategy played a critical role in overall project performance.
