Her background includes hospitality brand development, emerging market strategy, hotel underwriting, franchise negotiations, and development positioning across multiple hotel segments and markets.
Prior to founding Dragonfly Development, Angela worked within the hospitality industry supporting franchise growth and development initiatives for internationally recognized hotel brands.
Today, her work focuses on hospitality development advisory, capital strategy, and structuring projects that align long-term market opportunity with disciplined execution.

Caleb McNamara brings more than two decades of experience across hospitality, commercial, and multifamily construction throughout the Western United States.
His background includes hospitality construction, project execution, construction operations, and development coordination across a range of hotel, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
Prior to joining Dragonfly Development, Caleb led construction and development initiatives through MedVed Global NW, LLC and BlackFly, LLC, overseeing projects where execution discipline, operational efficiency, and construction strategy played a critical role in overall project performance.
Today, his work focuses on aligning construction execution with broader development objectives, recognizing that advancements in building systems, project coordination, and execution methodologies continue to shape the future of efficient and value-driven development.
