 Angela Rowe is an accomplished leader in hotel real estate investment and development, with nearly two decades of expertise in the hospitality industry. She founded Dragonfly Development, a full-service real estate investment and development company focused on hospitality. Her professional journey includes leadership roles and consulting engagements with prominent hotel companies such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Red Lion, Choice, and Wyndham. In 2003, she founded the Latino Hotel Association, collaborating with international brands on hotel development, acquisitions, repositions, and asset management. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in American Jurisprudence from the University of Houston and a certification in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University. She is also a member of numerous industry associations and has spoken at various industry conferences throughout her career. 

Caleb McNamara is a seasoned expert in hospitality construction, bringing over 25 years of experience to high-end commercial projects across the Western United States. As CEO of MedVed Global NW, LLC and Co-CEO of BlackFly, LLC, Caleb has been instrumental in executing multimillion-dollar hospitality developments, including notable hotel projects such as Cambria Suites in Spokane, WA, and Microtel Inn & Suites in George, WA. His extensive portfolio also features successful restaurant and multifamily projects, such as the Enzo Italian Restaurant and Commercial Strip in Moses Lake, WA, and the 288-unit High Desert Estates multifamily community in Quincy, WA. Known for his comprehensive project oversight—from heavy equipment operations and quality control to regulatory compliance and team management—Caleb consistently delivers excellence across diverse hospitality, residential, and commercial builds. His reputation for quality and reliability has established him as a trusted leader in transforming concepts into impactful developments that elevate community standards and industry benchmarks.  

Bill Gerry’s extensive experience in international business development and program management brings a strategic advantage to the work he is doing with Dragonfly Development. His background, which includes leading high-profile projects at Boeing and facilitating multi-million-dollar collaborations with global partners, translates directly into value for Dragonfly's hospitality and real estate projects.

Bill’s leadership in launching the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center (OMIC) demonstrates his ability to bring together diverse stakeholders, a skill critical for Dragonfly’s multidisciplinary projects. His success in securing over $32 million in funding and delivering business development initiatives valued at $12 million showcases his expertise in managing complex financial and operational aspects of large-scale developments.
